Cryptologic Analyst

Cryptologic and signals-derived analysis supporting hemispheric threat assessment and client security programs.

Sentinel Meridian is building cryptologic capability to support technical collection analysis, communications-security review, and adversary tradecraft assessment for commercial and institutional clients operating in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse technical and signals-derived reporting within lawful, client-authorised boundaries
  • Support COMSEC reviews and secure-communications recommendations for client teams
  • Contribute cryptologic context to published threat assessments
  • Document sources, methods limitations, and analytic confidence

Qualifications

  • Background in cryptologic, SIGINT, communications security, or applied cryptography
  • Working knowledge of adversary communications and technical tradecraft
  • Disciplined writing with explicit confidence statements
  • Spanish or Portuguese language capability is an advantage

Clearance: Eligibility for U.S. government clearance preferred

Regional Intelligence Analyst — Latin America

Country and regional analysis across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.

Produce assessment-grade analysis on political stability, organised crime, foreign influence, and security dynamics across the firm's primary coverage regions.

Responsibilities

  • Own a country or sub-regional portfolio end to end
  • Draft threat assessments to the firm's analytic standard
  • Maintain indicator sets and revise judgments as evidence changes

Qualifications

  • Regional expertise and fluent Spanish or Portuguese
  • Demonstrated analytic writing under deadline

Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

Nation-state intrusion tracking, critical-infrastructure exposure, and pre-positioned access assessment.

Track adversary campaigns affecting client infrastructure and regional critical systems, and translate technical findings into decision-grade reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Track intrusion sets relevant to client sectors and regions
  • Assess critical-infrastructure and supply-chain exposure
  • Brief technical findings to non-technical decision makers

Qualifications

  • Threat intelligence, incident response, or SOC background
  • Familiarity with ATT&CK-style adversary modelling

Secure collaboration, access control, sensors, and monitoring integration for client programs.

Design and integrate secure communications, access control, asset tracking, and monitoring capability for client sites and programs, within applicable law and licensing.

Responsibilities

  • Scope and integrate secure collaboration and access-control systems
  • Support sensor and remote-monitoring deployments where lawful
  • Document configurations, data handling, and retention

Qualifications

  • Systems, network, or security engineering background
  • Field deployment experience in austere or high-risk environments

Scenario design and delivery for readiness, crisis response, and protective-operations training.

Design and deliver scenario-based readiness training for client security teams, with emphasis on lawful use-of-force principles, crisis decision making, and logistics under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Design scenario exercises tied to real regional threat profiles
  • Deliver readiness, crisis-response, and protective-operations instruction
  • Produce after-action reporting and remediation plans

Qualifications

  • Instructor background in security, military, or law-enforcement training
  • Documented commitment to lawful use-of-force and human-rights standards
  • Ability to work with multinational and host-nation teams
